About My Coaching

I help women of color, queer women of color, and non-binary folks navigate the complexity of working in predominantly white institutions and nonprofits—without losing themselves in the process.

Through frameworks, grounding practices, and practical strategies, I’ll equip you with the tools you need. But our most important work will be deepening your trust in yourself. I will hold space for you to courageously listen to your intuition and desires. If you’re wrestling with how your faith or justice ethic should shape your leadership and career, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Let’s create a path forward that honors who you are and what you believe.
